1. Introduction

This Payment and Refund Policy governs the use of funds deposited by users ("Players" or "user") on our gaming platform operated by M/s Flynzoid Innovation Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our").

By using our services or depositing funds into your gaming account, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals (As per RBI Guidelines)

• Users may deposit money into their gaming wallet/ account for the purpose of participating in games hosted on the platform.
• Funds that remain unused (i.e., not spent on buying gaming tickets or entering paid contests) are eligible for withdrawal and will be refunded to the original payment method upon request,, as per RBI guidelines and applicable law.

3. Purchase of Gaming Tickets / Participation Fees

• When a user purchases a gaming ticket, entry to a contest, or otherwise spends deposited money on paid features or gameplay, that amount is considered used and consumed.
• Such purchases are non-refundable, as they constitute a digital good/service consumed upon use, and are not eligible for withdrawal or return, unless required under law.

4. No Refund in Case of Gaming Ticket Purchase

• Once the user confirms the purchase of a gaming ticket or joins a paid contest/game, no refund or cancellation will be processed, under any circumstances.
• The Company does not guarantee any winnings, and all game outcomes are based on skill, chance, or predefined rules of the game.

5. Fraud, Abuse or Suspicious Activity

• We reserve the right to withhold funds or block withdrawals in case of suspected fraud, violation of our Terms of Service, or unlawful activity, in accordance with applicable laws.
